Lace & Size Guide

This guide helps you choose the right lace area and lace color before ordering a BONANZA human hair wig.

13x4 Lace Front

A 13x4 lace front has lace across the front hairline and about 4 inches of depth. It is a strong everyday choice for a natural hairline, middle part, side part, and standard styling.

13x6 HD Lace

A 13x6 lace front gives more depth than 13x4, so the parting area can look deeper and more flexible. HD lace is thinner and can look more invisible, but it should be handled gently because delicate lace is easier to damage if pulled hard.

Closure Lace: 4x4 and 5x5

Closure wigs use a smaller lace area. They are usually easier to maintain and more beginner-friendly, but they offer less parting space than 13x4 or 13x6 lace fronts.

360 Lace and Full Lace

360 lace gives lace around the perimeter, which can support more ponytail or updo styling. Full lace gives the most styling freedom, but it usually requires a higher budget and more careful maintenance.

Lace Color

  • Transparent lace: often works well for lighter to medium skin tones and can be tinted if needed.
  • Medium brown lace: often blends more easily with deeper skin tones.
  • HD lace: thinner and more invisible, but more delicate. Do not pull hard on the lace.

Fit Notes

Lace can be blended with lace tint, powder, or makeup to better match your skin tone. For the most natural look, choose the lace area based on how much parting space you need, not only by price.
